Football Players must be weighed to complete the registration process and be placed on a team whether they are new or returning players.
2023 IMPORTANT DATES
* April 1 to June 24th – Online Registration Open
* Kuna weigh-in and Fitting Dates (Location TBD)
* May 20 – 9AM to Noon
* June 1 – 6PM to 8PM
* June 24 – 10AM to Noon
TACKLE AND FLEX FOOTBALL
Returning Players who complete registration, pay fees, and make weight by June 1, 2023 will be placed on their team from last season
New Players completing registration by June 1, 2023 requesting a specific team will be given priority based on available space and date registration is completed.
Tackle players are assigned to teams within leagues based on age as of September 1st, 2023. Players who weigh more than the maximum weight for their league at registration will have the option to play up a maximum of two leagues but have to be at or under the maximum for that league.
CHEER
All cheer participants must be fitted for a uniform at one of the weigh-in / fitting dates shown above. (June 24th is the deadline)
Cheerleaders with siblings playing football will be placed on a cheer squad for that team as long as there has been a cheer squad assigned to the team.
Cheer squads will have a mix of ages and skill levels
Refunds – Once practices start, refunds will not be given. Prior to the start of practice, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Kuna Youth Football and Cheer Organization, less any transaction fees.

The Canyon County Youth Football program is a volunteer-based program. Help is always appreciated in helping with field set-up, take-down, organizational tasks, and coaching.
All tackle coaches are certified through USA Football.
All coaches of tackle, flex/flag, and cheer are background checked.
