Important Dates and Information for Boise Girls Flag Football

Girls Flag Football –  8 to 17 Years old  (Age as of May 1st)

Registration Opens on Monday, December 15th, 2025

Spots for girls ages 8,9,10 still open for the Spring season through Friday, April 10th

2026 Spring Season start: Practices start Monday, April 13th for all leagues

Game dates: Games played Mondays and Wednesdays starting April 27th and concluding May 20th.  Games will be either 6pm or 7pm at Optimist Youth Sports Complex

Program Format: 5 on 5
Teams breakout:
• Novice: 8 -9 year old league –  10 players per team

• JV: 10 -11 year old league –  10 players per team

• Varsity: 12 – 14 year old league –  10 players per team

• High School: 15 – 17 year old league – (7 on 7)  10-12 players per team
