Important Dates and Information for Boise Girls Flag Football

Girls Flag Football 8 to 14 Years

2026 Spring Season start: Practices start Monday, August 4th for all leagues

Game dates: Games played Mondays and Wednesdays starting August 18th and concluding September 15th.  (No games Monday, Sept. 1st) 2025  (Games will be either 6pm or 7pm at Optimist Youth Sports Complex)

Program Format: 5 on 5
Teams breakout:
• Novice: 8 -9 year old league –  10 players per team

• JV: 10 -11 year old league –  10 players per team

• Varsity: 12 – 14 year old league –  10 players per team

Girls High School Flag Football 15 to 17 Years
