This innovative 5-on-5 program mirrors the sport that will make its debut in the 2028 Olympics, empowering young athletes with teamwork, skills, and confidence on the field. Join us this fall to learn the fundamentals of football, compete in a league built just for you, and help pave the way for the future of flag football right here in the Treasure Valley.

• Girls, ages 15 through 17
• Games at Optimist Youth Sports Complex on Hill Road Parkway
Ages: Girls aged 15-17
Season: Spring 2026
Games: Girls High School Flag 5s games are played on Saturday afternoons. Teams may practice up to 3 times per week prior to the start of games, then once per week thereafter.
Teams: Boise and surrounding towns ( Formed by High School area )
Cost: $150/season; jersey and flags provided
